FincoHR is built by Fincosoft for the Taiwanese labour-law environment. It is not a foreign HR system translated into Chinese — the insurance grade tables, §38 annual leave and the NHI supplementary premium were designed into the calculation from the first day.
FincoHR and the FincoLedger accounting platform share one architecture: the same authentication foundation and the same approach to tenant isolation. Either can be used alone, or a finalized payroll period can be handed to the accounting side as a draft journal.
